We’ve been serving the best of Sussex food in Hailsham for an amazing 15 years and you are cordially invited to celebrate with us again this year. As you would expect all items, including all pastries breads and sauces are homemade here by us especially for you, so all items can be adapted to suit any intolerance or allergy on request.

or maybe crispy Filo wrapped Feta, Honey & Sesame dressing.

A deliciously smooth, Lightly Spiced Soup of Allotment Vegetables.

or perhaps an Italian classic made with Sussex ingredients; Pheasant & Wild Mushroom Risotto.

The Main Event

Tis is what gets everyone talking:

The Fabulous festive Roast Turkey Dinner.
Includes all your favourite traditional trimmings: Pigs in blankets,
stuffing, roast potatoes & vegetables, gravy and cranberry sauce.

Beef Brisket, slow cooked & tender.
Silky red wine & port gravy with smoked paprika creamed mash potato.

Venison Tagine, rich & warmly spiced.
Succulent braised local Venison, Moroccan style curry, served with rice and flat bread.

Char grilled Sword Fish Steak.
Colourful selection of Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and baby potatoes.

Chopped Roast Half Duck and Parsnip Purée
Partnered perfectly with a sticky shallot & plum sauce.

Steamed Pudding of Root vegetables and Puy Lentils.
A delicious meat free choice (vegan on request), with a rich red wine gravy.

All main courses to be served with a lovely selection of seasonal
vegetables and potatoes where appropriate.

This is a pre-book menu and all bookings require a £10 deposit per person. The menu is available throughout December, except Christmas/Boxing day and is priced at £29.95 per person. All items are made by us from the finest available locally sourced Sussex ingredients. If you have any special dietary requirements or concerns please inform us when booking and we will cater for you individually. Almost all items are already Gluten free, or can be made so
on request. We will provide you the highest levels of service possible without applying a service surcharge.This fabulous menu is available lunch time and evening.

A festive fixed two course lunch will also be available priced at £20pp consisting of our
Fabulous Roast Turkey Dinner and your choice of dessert on the day from all available desserts.
